The icon of Ashtabhujasvamin , according to the inscription relating to its installation , dated AD 278 was of wood , eight-armed , and was installed on a stone pedestal that carried the inscription . अष्टभुजा स्वामी की मूर्ति लकड़ी की थी जिसकी आठ भुजाएं थीं-वह पत्थर की एक पीठिका पर स्थापित थी-जिस पीठिका पर अभिलेख खुदा हुआ था कि उसकी स्थापना ईसवी सन् 278 में हुई थी .
